I am FINALLY on track with this program so I can try it out and report to others with first hand knowledge of how it is going for me.
Today...well, actually I started last night with the cleanse (I took the min. of 1/2 scoop just to be safe) before bed...then I laid there for a while thinking about what was happening and when something was going to start happening - nothing happened. Had good night sleep and didn't get up till 8 today! Felt guilty as I stayed in bed and Justin was getting ready for work this a.m. at 5:30! but it not guilty enough to get up since I hadn't gone to bed myself till 12:30 last night.
OK..back to Favao! :-) Supposed to eat w/in 1 hour of waking..so had my fiber banana, ice, ?? shake this a.m...was alright, not a huge blended banana fan but o.k. So that was at 8. Still waiting for that cleanse to kick in...nothing. Also drank my Xango, and Vitamins.
Kids breakfast, painting, chores, finally had some movement but all normal there....then 9 a.m. breakfast egg burrito, and 1/2 piece fruit...dang...forgot to eat my fruit! lol. Good burrito, will eat often!
Then spent some time preparing my foods for week, you eat basically the same meals w/ some variation for the first week, so easy prep...cooked my chix in the microwave w/ my special purple cooker I got from having my tupperware party - worked awesome, quick, easy, and didn't have a chance to burn it by forgetting it was on the stove! Then put my brown rice on the stove to cook - that takes 50 min after boiling, so is the main reason I never use it when 'I' cook since I'm usually looking for dinner 30 min before we should be eating.....so got those done and chopped chix. put both in fridge for easy food prep.
Snack at 11:30 string cheese and orange - wasn't hungry at all and have and still feel full all day, helps my urges to snack on junk all day long!
Lunch for kids...I'm going to start feeding them what we're eating too soon once my leftovers are done, or some version of what I have on hand. I am good at coming up w/ food if I have something to go from, it's when I have to start from scratch I have a problem.

Then did more projects around here...hung some pics, did some Xmas cards, stuff, organized Xmas presents, and stuff....then almost time for 2 p/m/ meal - mind you I'm an hour behind schedule here... Mexican Rice Bowl...YUM! I loved that...and there seemed to be pleanty of it too since I wasn't even hungry anyway Chix, rice (brn of course), blk beans, corn, greek yog., and salsa...heat and eat!
took my pre-measurements too...and added a few more on my own! Will be awesome to watch those numbers get smaller...and maybe bigger, one guy's chest increased 1.5"...I could handle that, as long as I don't look like I have 'man-boobs'!!! ;)
Now here we are and I still need to get my sweet potatoes cooked...I tried microwaving them under water and peeling skin..didn't work. I think may have to do it longer, said 12 min...not so! so then peeled and microw. longer...still working on that one! That's not till last meal tho. I do need to get my cabbage shredded tho, since I bought a head instead of the mix, for my 4:30 (5:30) meal coming right up (Energy snack(perfect for my workout) of apple crunch chicken salad...Mmmm, sounds good)! Must get busy....OH, also have been drinking my water...equivilant to 3 bottles of Xango a day (wine bottle size) and have two down and less than 1 to go...piece of cake! I think I probably (usually) drink that much anyway and I do still need to get my workout in! Do that after I eat. :) and I still need to get my before pics up here too but haveing issues there. Maybe will have time to sit down and think about that tonight after kids in bed.
So 4:30 snack and then eat again at 7 (8 for me tonight) w BBq Chix and Sw. Potato Pie (if I ever get them cooked!)
