Hello there,
This being my first post...I don't have a clue what I'm doing so bear with me, please. I wanted to start a blog so that I had a main place to do all my online stuff, keep in contact with my friends inside AND outside of FaceBook, and email. I wanted to do this so I could document my journey through life with my family, my friends, my business, and my learning to accept life for what it give us. I'll be adding through time...past and present and future of what has happened as I get things figured out. Mainly right now I want to concentrate on my 'FAVAO' Journey and blog weekly, daily on my progress and the process. I'm very excited and ready for this step in my life, as the meaning of 'Favao' if you look it up means 'THE WILL TO MOVE FORWARD', which is what I am looking for right now! Life gives us all our challenges and right now what I need is support from my family, friends, and loved ones to stand by my side, listen to my ramblings and beliefs in making a better life for moving forward in a Healthy sense.
My title for my blog site 'Planting Healthy Seeds' comes from my past and present life. :-) As you may know, I LOVE plants and all green things. I must have gotten my green thumb from my Grandma Ardythe I believe. I remember her in her flower beds often, and know that is where my first love of being outdoors and making things grow and look beautiful came from. She is one of many wonderful people who have made an impression in my life. :-) I guess my mom would be the other responsible for nuturing my green thumb w/ her huge garden she had and still does every year...
Getting off track here! Planting Healthy Seeds....I believe in prevention from health problems as opposed to waiting for something to happen and THEN treat it, trying to make healthy choices by not introducing un-necessary toxins into our environment, doing what we can to eliminate toxins already in our environment, realizing that what we put into our bodies is going to SEVERELY effect the production our bodies are going to give us!
So I'll be posting all kinds of healthy things on here....a lot related to the Favao, and my business (yes, it is a business, I do make money at it, I do believe in the goodness of the company, and I and my family, and others LOVE the products and the results they give us. We'll be talking about them later!
For now...wanted to just get this up here...post a pic of my 'before' for you all to see. I'm out there, making a commitment to YOU, so when I see you or talk to you, please ASK ME about how my FAvao program is going....hold me accountable! This is what I strive for in life, good health, and setting a good example for others. Staying active, eating healthy, using healthy personal care products, keeping a healthy spirit - been working on my church going skills for about 1.5 yrs now...slow, but making headway...and any other healthy heart/soul stuff I can come up with. Be back sooner than later.

Look below at my slideshow of my before pics....I tried to be a bit entertaining and the kids did a good job as my photo crew and pose coordinators. I told them we'll do it every Thursday! Love having my kids involved too, since I KNOW Aleena will help keep me on track. ;-) Love my kids!
