End Day 2 Favao

Well...pretty uneventful day as far as the lifestyle!  It's Xmas Eve and I was running around this morning trying to get several things done before I left to do some 'last minute shopping' today!  Had a couple more tiny bm as I was needing to visit the ladies room from my water intake, so no big deal in that department!  All my fears about not being able to leave the house were completely unfounded in my case...not to say others will have the same reaction!  I've tried to be fairly concious about what we eat in our house...buying 100% whole wheat bread, pasta, english muffins...and cook healthy most of the time.  I still would throw together last minute meals started w/ 'hamburger helper' and then add my whole wheat noodles, and whatever veggies seemed to belong, so maybe the cleanse isn't too bad for my system???

Had my meals same as yesterday only today I was 1.5 hours behind the 7 a.m. start time!   That's alright tho, it worked into my schedule.  Packing to leave for town was a piece of cake since I'd prepared all my meals the night before.  I ate my rice bowl cold today since I had no microwave, but it wasn't too bad like that either...would be yummy in a whole wheat wrap, but that is only on my breakfast spot...so maybe later?

Did good w/ my water intake, sure I passed the 3 bottle requirement, but not exactly sure since I had different water bottles w/ me to town today.  I was an hour late tonight too on my last meal and had kinda remembered then got busy w/ bedtime and then it was an hour late and I was hungery!  So I got to eat!!! ;-)  Now I feel good and full still and still drinking my water since I like it so much!!!  Really, I do, it's my preferred drink over anything. Lucky for me!

Cooking some more chicken right now for tomorrow's meals and need to get them thrown together...might just save that for the morning since Santa still needs to come and I need to get to bed!

As for my workout...I did get the lifting portion in, was thinking I wouldn't be able to complete the wall sits (30 sec 3x's) but managed to push through...and lunges, bridges, froggy jumps (hard!) and back leg extentions (hard as well even w/out weights)...and I skipped my 30 min cardio on tread tonight.  It was late, I was lucky to get my lifting in, and I ran around town all day today...excuses, excuses!  Anyway...tomorrow's another day and Christmas as well.  Wishing you a very happy holiday season and safe travel's and love to all...good night!
