Day 3 Favao Program

Day 3 Favao Lifestyle

Weighed in first thing when I woke up…exactly same weight as yesterday morning..148 even.

Again started my day around 8 so didn’t get my shake down till about 8:30.  I’m liking my fiber a lot more in my shake as opposed to drinking it with water…and then I just make sure to drink extra water so it doesn’t bind me up or anything.    Had some stomach cramping about an hour after shake for about ½ hour before the problem worked its way out…if you know what I mean??? J  Opened Santa presents with the family for a while and then had my breakfast burrito – I really enjoy that for breakfast!  Been using my Sister-In-Law’s homemade salsa in my meals and I’ve really enjoyed it!  Thanks Jodie. J

A few more minor bm’s along w/ my regular bathroom breaks…has just been one major movement and a couple minor ones these last two days so I’m happy about that being all normal…now that I think of it, it’s actually been easier on my system than my usual POT minus Justin’s ONE cup of coffee…that sends me to the bathroom way worse!  And my stomach doesn’t feel pukey all day too.  I’m NOT missing the coffee thing at all.  Caffiene doesn’t do me much for me anyway to get me moving….I’ve felt more energetic these last few days and awake than I have for a while.  I have been feeling good energy, running around with the kids more, hopping up and down out of the pick-up w/ ease, running up and down the stairs 20+ times to the basement yesterday for presents…

Worked in my lifting already this morning.  Military press –which I HATE as my workout girls know, since I feel as though I have HUGE trapezeus muscles that look manly…but I did them anyway, just used 5#ers tho.  Also had Lateral Raises,z Planks, 1 min each, side planks, bicycle, superman.  Haven’t gotten in my cardio yet…supposed to be 30-45 min incline walk.  I think I’ll have Justin drop me off a mile or so from my parents house and I’ll walk up the hill for a while and get in my cardio then…

Spent about 15-20 min this morning chopping some chicken and then preparing  my meals for the rest of today and tomorrow.  I’m just going to eat Justin’s that I did up for him yesterday and he never started the plan yet (I’m not giving up on him tho!) and I’ll just not eat it all since men’s measurements are a bit more than womens 1/3 C black beans instead of ¼…stuff like that 1 more oz. chix…etc.  I noticed the workouts are different too and protein…so looks like it is really tailored to the differences of men and women.

Ha, I’m writing this on Word on our way to mom and dad’s house where we’ll be spending the night tonight to hang w family and then see my Grandma and Uncle Tom tomorrow, excited to see them!  Also ate my Mex. Rice bowl on way down too…popped in microwave before we left and it was yummy!  Aleena said “something smells really good in here!”  That’s my lunch. J  She said NO FAIR…

Now kids are napping and we’re heading through Moscow and I’m done here I guess…oh, had my snack in there too of orange and string cheese.  2 more meals for me today to go, my apple/chix/cabbage salad, and then sweet potatos and chix w/ last of jar of salsa for tonight.  I’ve been enjoying that meal a lot too…I get to put a Tbls. Of NF greek Yogurt w/ Stevia extract in it for a topping on my potato and It’s good!  I’ve found Greek Yogurt is a great mix base for a lot of stuff…I also made a filling with it this morning to stuff my sweet peppers with for tomorrow of yogurt, dry ranch mix, and then I put bacon in it!  Ugh, don’t think that is in the favao plan….Might get a few check marks on the naughty list today and tomorrow…w/ some booze maybe? Or some snacks?  We’ll see how it goes, I’m not hungry and so far it’s been pretty easy to avoid snacking, but I’m about to be challenged w/ that and Clam Chowder for dinner…maybe I’ll just have a little….
